A Westside resident, Andrew Yalcin works with individual clients and real estate developers. With a combined 10 years experience as a Realtor and architectural designer he has extensive experience in contract negotiation, design and development processes that highlight architectural character, and in evaluating markets for investment opportunity.
He holds a professional B.Arch and BFA from RISD, and a Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University’s GSAPP, where he also engaged in Real Estate Development. Having experience in New York, Barcelona, Istanbul, and LA over the past 10 years Andrew has worked on broad range of scales focusing on quality of life issues in design.
A number of notable projects include: the Gas Natural Tower in Barca, The Centre for Translational Medicine at the YLL School of Medicine, the Duke-NUS Graduate School of Medicine, The Bronx School for Writers and Artists, the Sunset Park Science HS, a LEED Platinum Extension for Washington University in St. Louis, UWS New York Residence, and the Lomography Gallery Shop. He has also been a visiting critic at the Pratt Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, Parsons the New School for Design, City College of New York, Istanbul Technical University and a Visiting Professor at the New York Institute of Technology. Currently in LA and San Francisco focusing on Real Estate.
